๐Ÿงฉ About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize our HR systems and internal workflows. In this role, you will take ownership of our Zoho CRM, manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and support our data-driven HR function through metrics, automation, and people operations best practices.

 

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

-Maintain and develop our Zoho CRM: ensure data accuracy, implement automations, and improve usability

-Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and documentation

-Support and track 1:1 meetings across the company, helping managers stay consistent and effective

-Manage internal HR documentation: policies, guides, and process manuals

-Monitor and report on HR metrics: time-to-hire, retention, engagement, cost-per-hire, etc.

-Participate in HR projects such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and engagement initiatives

-Coordinate cross-functional communication with Finance, Legal, and IT departments

-Continuously improve and formalize internal HR processes and systems

-Help scale people operations in a fast-paced remote-first environment

 

โœ… Requirements

-1+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or people support

-Experience working with Zoho CRM (or similar HRIS/CRM systems)

-Strong process mindset and attention to detail

-Good understanding of core HR processes and lifecycle management

-Experience in collecting and working with HR data and reporting

-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

-English โ€” Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (B1โ€“B2+)

 

โญ Nice to Have

-Experience supporting or running 1:1 meeting frameworks

-Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Flow, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics)

-Familiarity with remote-first work culture and digital collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Trello, etc.)
