Unity Technical Artist – Mobile Game (Stylized, Scalable Project)

We’re looking for a Unity Technical Artist to join our team and help bring a high-quality, stylized mobile game to life. Our project features a clean visual style, intuitive gameplay loop, and scalable design capable of supporting thousands of unique levels. This is an opportunity to contribute to a game with high production values, addictive mechanics, and elegant core systems.

 

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers to implement and optimize visual assets in Unity
  • Create tools, shaders, and visual effects that enhance the stylized look and feel of the game
  • Ensure performance optimization across mobile devices (Android/iOS)
  • Maintain asset workflows and help establish efficient pipelines for scalable content
  • Implement and support visual polish — lighting, materials, VFX, and more — without compromising performance
  • Prototype and iterate on visual ideas in Unity in a fast, collaborative environment

 

✅ Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Unity Technical Artist (preferably in mobile games)
  • Experience working with stylized art — understanding of color, shape, and composition
  • Proficiency with tools like Shader Graph, VFX Graph, and Unity’s animation systems
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying visual improvement opportunities
     

💡 Nice to Have:

  • Experience with scalable systems and procedural content
  • Familiarity with mobile performance constraints and optimization strategies
  • Passion for gameplay-focused design and visual clarity
