Head of Affiliates
We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with over five years of proven success across sportsbook and online casino verticals. Our multi-brand portfolio is live in numerous markets, supported by a strong network of global affiliate partners. As we accelerate our international expansion, we’re looking for a Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and drive scalable player acquisition through high-performing affiliate programs.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit and restructuring of the existing affiliate division.
- Review, optimize, and segment the partner base to enhance performance and ROI.
- Design and implement a robust affiliate marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) to reflect strategic goals.
- Oversee regular reporting and analysis of traffic quality, partner performance, and conversions.
- Lead the migration of all partner communications and deal flows into a CRM system.
- Scale and develop the affiliate team, including hiring, training, and setting performance benchmarks.
- Negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic affiliate partnerships, ensuring long-term collaboration.
What You Should Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in the gambling or betting industry.
- Proven track record in managing a team of 5+ people.
- Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs, tracking technologies, and industry benchmarks.
- A relevant and active network of affiliate partners in key verticals.
- Proficiency in affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and tracking tools (e.g., Affilka, NetRefer etc.).
- English — upper-intermediate (B2) or higher; other languages are a strong advantage.
