We are currently looking for a talented Technical Operations & Integrations Specialist (DevOps), who will take ownership of platform integrations, infrastructure tasks, and system flows related to email and SMS communication. This role combines elements of system administration, integration setup, and ongoing technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and document automated workflows for sending email/SMS campaigns via Directus;
- Manage access controls, user roles, and permissions across tools and platforms;
- Handle domain management, hosting setup, and renewals;
- Create and manage business email accounts;
- Work with hosting and DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, etc.);
- Configure servers and provide light system administration support when needed;
- Maintain and update internal documentation on integrations and system processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up and managing technical integrations (API, Webhooks, SMTP, etc.);
- Basic system administration skills;
- Familiarity with email/SMS delivery platforms and flows;
- Hands-on experience with domain management, hosting environments, SSL, and email services (e.g., Google Workspace, Digital Ocean);
- Strong understanding of DNS configuration and record types;
- Ability to work independently, systemize processes, and create clean documentation;
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Directus is a strong plus;
- Technical English proficiency is required.
