Cloud Partnership Coordinator (Trainee) Offline

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Trainee Cloud Partnership Coordinator to support our AWS partnership operations. 

What you’ll do

• Monitor AWS client accounts to ensure each receives the correct discounts and benefits
• Keep accurate records using spreadsheets and internal trackers
• Submit clients to AWS partner programs using pre-written step-by-step playbooks
• Work with checklists and templates to complete monthly tasks with precision
• Keep track of deadlines, respond to partner portal forms, and update internal stakeholders
• Clearly document any delays or missing steps in the partner process

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
• Prior experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data in spreadsheets
• English level: B2 or higher 
• Basic understanding of AWS or interest in cloud technologies

Nice to have

• Internship or junior-level experience in customer success, operations, or tech support
• Any AWS certifications, especially AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
