Recruiter / Junior HR to $1000
I am looking for a proactive and responsible person to join my team. This position is perfect for someone who already has experience in recruiting, but also wants to develop in HR, and has strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, as the list of responsibilities includes conducting 1-1 meetings with employees to monitor the general mood in the team.
Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates for technical and non-technical positions through monitoring panels such as Djinni and LinkedIn;
- Conducting interviews and analyzing candidates, coordinating all stages of recruitment;
- Communicating and supporting candidates at each stage of recruitment;
- Collaborating with the recruiting team, Squad lead, hiring managers;
- Monitoring and analyzing the labor market, new trends and opportunities, to improve the quality of recruitment;
- Tracking recruitment progress and metrics, collecting daily statistics;
- Conducting 1-1 with employees to monitor the general mood in the team and identify problems in advance (under the supervision of the Squad lead).
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting (IT sphere will be a plus);
- Experience in conducting 1-1 meetings will be a plus;
- English language level minimum B1;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of the IT sphere, roles and methodologies will be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of responsibility and organization;
- Analytical skills.
