Role Overview:

We are handpicking a rockstar Senior Unity Game Developer based in Eastern Europe - fluent English speaker - dedicated to creating technology that enhances genuine human interaction. You will be responsible for developing engaging and socially impactful gamified experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Unity-based experiences.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement social gaming concepts.
• Implement Unity features such as AR integrations, multiplayer frameworks, and procedural generation.
• Ensure performance optimization across various devices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote good coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development.
• Proficiency in C#, Unity engine, and essential game development concepts.
• Experience with AR/VR, multiplayer systems, and real-time networking.
• Understanding of mobile optimization techniques for iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English communication skills.

   

Preferred:

• Experience in social gaming, AR, VR, dating apps, or crypto applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
