Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

Our client is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React) to join their R&D team. 

You will be working on a scalable workforce management platform used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide on a daily basis.
This is a high-impact role focused on building and optimizing end-to-end features that improve operations for global clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React
• Proven experience working with production systems at scale
• Strong communication skills in both English (spoken and written)
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
• Background in modular system architecture

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end product features from planning to production
• Collaborate with other developers and product team members
• Perform code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Improve system performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Participate in architectural discussions and suggest technical improvements
