Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an IT Project Manager;
- English - Advanced/Fluent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Scrum & Agile;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs;
- Ability to think and learn fast, go into details and take ownership of those;
- High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution, and control;
- Maintain constant communication with the client, providing project status updates and resolving project-related issues;
- Analyze project risks and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of adverse events on the project;
- Manage the project team, assign tasks, provide support and motivation, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are executed according to project requirements;
- Report on project status and task progress to clients and company management;
- Analyze and improve the processes used in projects to enhance work quality and task efficiency.

About project: The project is the largest German-speaking social network and dating platform for men, with over two million registered users worldwide.

Must-Have Skills & Technologies:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Software Engineer, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Technical Stack: React Native, React Hooks, Redux toolkit, RTK query, TypeScript.
• App Lifecycle: Integration, testing, code signing, deployment via app stores, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Fastlane, Expo EAS).
• API Knowledge: RESTful APIs, Websocket, third-party SDKs integration.
• Monitoring & Debugging: Datadog, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry.io.
• Security Practices: OAuth, JWT, encryption, data privacy compliance.
• Native Module Management: iOS/Android native modules for seamless React Native interaction.
• Testing: Unit testing (Jest, Enzyme), familiarity with E2E testing (Detox, Maestro).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain React Native apps.
• Collaborate with domain experts to build high-quality mobile solutions.
• Initially work in a centralized mobile team, developing a strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
• Participate in meetings to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
• Contribute to developing new tools, including backend protocol layers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure mobile security, performance monitoring, and debugging for production apps.
• Support project documentation, ensuring clarity in technical decisions and development guidelines.
