What You’ll Do

  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta to fill the sales pipeline
  • Run experiments, track metrics in GA, Mixpanel (or alternatives), HubSpot, and double down on winning tactics
  • Build nurture flows that boost activation and retention
  • Spot funnel bottlenecks, propose fixes, and launch quick experiments
  • Sync with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth hand-off and tight feedback loops
  • Drive qualified leads and brand awareness through integration partners, referral programs, and customer advocacy

 

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally in a startup or a product
  • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA/GTM, and HubSpot
  • Strong English and crisp communication with designers, writers, and devs
  • Bias for action, love for experiments, and ease in a fast-moving environment
