UX/UI Designer for CRM Platform Offline

We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX/UI Designer to lead the design of a new B2B CRM platform for a well-established, USA-based company specializing in geolocation data and IP address intelligence

 

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of a platform from the ground up, working at the intersection of data, usability, and design excellence.

 

As part of an international and cross-functional team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual interface of a product that will serve enterprise-level clients.

 

Project Duration: 3-6 months (with possible extension)

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for a web-based B2B CRM platform
  • Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
  • Build and maintain a scalable, reusable design system
  • Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive user experiences
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across both U.S. and Ukrainian teams
  • Iterate quickly based on internal feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience designing UX/UI for web applications, preferably B2B or enterprise platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, UI design, and real-world product contributions
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, plugins, shared libraries)
  • Proven experience in building or contributing to scalable design systems
  • Ability to take full ownership of design tasks and drive projects independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in distributed team environments
  • Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
  • Upper intermediate level of English or higher
