Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
Conduct market and competitive analysis within the software development industry
2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Content Marketing)
- Optimize the conversion funnel from MQL to SQL
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead handoff processes
3. Analytics & Optimization:
- Set up marketing attribution systems
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
- Provide regular reporting and ROI analysis of marketing activities
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3β5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the tech/software industry
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in a software development or IT services company
- Skills in technical content creation
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
