Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis within the software development industry

     

2. Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Content Marketing)
  • Optimize the conversion funnel from MQL to SQL
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead handoff processes
  •  

3. Analytics & Optimization:

  • Set up marketing attribution systems
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
  • Provide regular reporting and ROI analysis of marketing activities

 

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the tech/software industry
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in a software development or IT services company
  • Skills in technical content creation
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
