Currently, we are seeking a data-focused and result-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing global team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat and Google UAC for promoting Zutobi ptoducts.

About you:

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google UAC (multiple or at least two)
  • Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and the ability to apply them in work.
  • Experience with UA in US and European markets (Tier-1)
  • Proficiency in setting up and utilizing marketing analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Adjust, Tableau or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach: the ability to analyze data and metrics, and the capacity to adapt advertising strategies and optimize budgets for maximizing profitability.
  • Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.

Would be a plus

  • Experience with web2app/web2web funnels and subscription products
  • Experience with automation of UA processes
  • Building and deep understanding of how mobile attribution works

About your responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop paid advertising strategies for user acquisition, product growth and increasing profitability.
  • Planning, developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google UAC to achieve business goals.
  • Managing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, tracking key metrics, and delivering regular progress reports to demonstrate achievements and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Efficient budget management: you’ll be responsible for reaching marketing and business goals via effective budget allocation and the pace at which we will scale.
  • Strategically planning, overseeing, and optimizing the advertising budget to maximize the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Utilizing analytical tools to gather insights, identify opportunities for improvement and guide data-driven decision-making in advertising strategies.
