We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to lead and support our expanding international team. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven individual — someone who can take initiative, build strong teams, and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment and termination processes in the USA and internationally
- Onboarding and hiring documentation management
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings
- Employee audits and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain team motivation and morale
- Create and implement a strong internal structure
- Develop systems and strategies to retain top talent
- Ensure HR processes are compliant and up-to-date
- Promote a productive, unified, and creative workplace environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR or Recruitment (preferably with international teams)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, tough-minded, creative, and high-energy
- Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
- Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple time zones
