HR Generalist to $2000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to lead and support our expanding international team. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven individual — someone who can take initiative, build strong teams, and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment and termination processes in the USA and internationally
  • Onboarding and hiring documentation management
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings
  • Employee audits and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain team motivation and morale
  • Create and implement a strong internal structure
  • Develop systems and strategies to retain top talent
  • Ensure HR processes are compliant and up-to-date
  • Promote a productive, unified, and creative workplace environment

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR or Recruitment (preferably with international teams)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proactivetough-mindedcreative, and high-energy
  • Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple time zones
