Lead UX Designer

 Lead UX Designer /Product Designer to  the international product IT company with a Ukrainian core team that develops its own SaaS B2C solutions for the US and Europe markets (Tier 1/2/3) due to the expansion of the team. 

Company products:  WEB SaaS (ะ’2ะก) products and utilities for social media.

Design team -3 people (motion designer, graphic designer, and a mobile app UI/UX designer)

The team of the  company - 80  people

Locations  of the team - Europe/USA/Ukraine,  full remote from any country/office in Kyiv

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile interfaces (UI/UX ) in a product-based IT company.
  • Team leadership or mentorship experience, along with participation in developing a creative team or design system.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms ( Mixpanel, Hotjar, RevenueCat, Google Analytics)
  • Hands-on experience with Figma (components, auto-layouts, prototypes, plugins, libraries)
  • Daily use of AI tools in the design workflow
  • Experience in building scalable design systems
  • Strong sense of ownership and results-driven mindset
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Focus on solving real user problems beyond UI/UX
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams
  • Ability to justify design decisions and work constructively with feedback
  • Strong portfolio with real-world case studies

     

Responsibilities:-

  •  Improving existing products, websites, and apps together with the product team โ€” aligning with business goals and user needs
  • Designing UX/UI from scratch for the launch of new products
  • Leading a team of 3 designers and becoming their mentor;
  • Establish and manage a design system to ensure consistency across products
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create eye-catching ad concepts and creatives;
  • Owning the full spectrum of design solutions โ€” from visuals to product logic;
  • Working through the entire iterative product development cycle โ€” from user needs analysis to tracking the impact of your design decisions through analytics.
