Your Mission as an Amazon Catalog Manager

To maintain a clean, accurate, and high-performing product catalog on Amazon by ensuring the flawless creation, optimization, and continuous upkeep of product listings. Your work directly impacts the visibility, conversion, and compliance of our products in a fast-changing marketplace environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and a proactive approach to solving listing-related issues.

What We Expect from You

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar catalog or content management role on Amazon or other marketplaces.
  • Confident user of Amazon Seller Central, with experience creating and editing listings.
  • Intermediate English or higher (for reading documentation and communicating with Amazon support).
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (filters, sorting, simple formulas).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Level: Junior to Middle.
     

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve listing issues (e.g., suppressed, inactive, incorrect attributes) independently or through Seller Support.
  • Manage flat file uploads and bulk editing processes efficiently.
  • Ensure all content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes) complies with Amazon requirements and reflects the brand’s standards.
  • Monitor catalog health and proactively fix discrepancies, missing data, or inconsistencies.
  • Keep product variations and parent-child relationships organized and logical.
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve catalog-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Amazon’s listing policies and requirements.
  • Maintain internal catalog documentation and update systems regularly to reflect the most recent changes.
