About the Role
We're seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help build our tech talent pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and recruiting junior full-stack developers while managing relationships with employers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify promising junior full-stack developer candidates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers and HR professionals
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement
  • Organize and facilitate technical interviews
  • Support candidates throughout their job search and placement process

 

๐Ÿง  Requirements

  • No experience required
  • Individual Entrepreneur (ะคะžะŸ)
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in full-stack, frontend, backend development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using Slack and other modern communication tools
  • Strong network within the tech community is a plus

  • Initial 2 months probation period (payment of $200/monthly)
  • After probation period salary of $500 + $75 for each candidate that recives an offer
