Agile Project Manager Offline
FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.
Main areas of work:
- Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer.
- Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems.
- CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones.
- Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data.
- Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams (6+ people).
- Deep understanding of SDLC.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar.
- Experience in selecting, implementing and collecting relevant metrics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking: the ability to identify root causes of problems, divide them into components and find optimal solutions.
- Proactivity, initiative and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Focus on product value and a systematic approach to the realization of team goals.
- English language skills at B2+ level.
Will be a plus:
- PMP, PSM/CSM, SAFe certifications.
- Work experience in product companies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for product development: assessment, control of scope, schedule, communication, stakeholder expectations and customer satisfaction.
- Participation in roadmap and backlog management (together with the product owner), ensuring transparency and accessibility of priorities for teams.
- People management: planning, motivation, performance review, support for team development on the project (together with the functional lead).
- Building transparent and effective communication, meeting facilitation, conflict management.
- Organizing regular Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Being a change agent — both within and outside the team, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Selection of metrics necessary to achieve the selected optimization goals.
- Coaching teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
