Weβre looking for a Recruiter to join our People & Culture team.This is a junior-friendly role, ideal for someone early in their career. Prior HR experience is not required, but recruiting/sourcing experience is highly preferred, even freelance, internships, or side projects.
π‘ This is a critical role for the team. Youβll be one of the key people shaping how new talent joins pleso and how we support our colleagues internally. Itβs an opportunity to have a real impact on the culture and processes of a fast-moving startup.
π― Your Impact Areas
Recruiting (70%)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate hiring stages
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruiting flows
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date ATS (PeopleForce)
- Own candidate experience and communication
- Track progress and hiring metrics
People Operations (30%)
- Prepare onboarding documents and assist with contract logistics
- Help run onboarding processes and first-month check-ins
- Keep employee profiles up to date in PeopleForce
- Support in organizing internal events, team gifts, or celebrations
- Help coordinate things like merch, birthdays, and basic admin tasks
- Be a reliable support partner to the Head of HR

- Polite, empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Genuinely interested in people and great at building rapport
- Love recruiting but want to learn more about HR & People Ops
- Ready to take ownership and learn by doing
- Feel comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Have strong English and great communication skills (at least B2)
- Some prior experience with recruiting, sourcing, or people support
- Startup experience is a big plus
- Nice-to-have competencies: experience using ATS platforms, basic understanding of HR processes

π§© Recruitment process for this position:
- Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
- Test assignment. If weβre aligned, weβll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
- Deep-dive interview (up to 1.5 hours). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
- Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CEO or another C-level team member.
- Offer stage. If everything aligns, weβll proceed with an offer.
