HR Specialist (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with over 2+ years of experience in human resources management and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge and practical skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, and building HR processes from scratch. You will work in a dynamic environment, actively collaborating with managers and employees at all levels, fostering the development and strengthening of corporate culture.

This full remote position, or if desired, you can visit the office in EU.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
    • Develop and implement effective candidate search strategies using various attraction channels.
    • Create and maintain a candidate database, conduct labor market analysis.
  2. Onboarding and Integration:
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
    • Conduct introductory training sessions and provide support during the integration phase.
  3. HR Process Development and Optimization:
    • Build and optimize HR processes from scratch, including assessment, training, development, and employee retention.
    • Develop and implement motivation and employee engagement programs.
    • Implement performance evaluation systems (KPI, OKR).
  4. Consulting and Management Support:
    • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
    • Participate in the development of personnel management strategies, support in implementing changes.
  5. Corporate Culture and Internal Communications:
    • Support and develop the company’s corporate culture.
    • Organize and conduct internal events and training sessions.
       

Requirements:

  1. Work Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
    • Proven experience in building HR processes from scratch in a company.
  2. Knowledge and Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
    • Experience with modern tools and methods for talent acquisition.
    • Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and effectively interact with people.
  3. Personal Qualities:
    • Strategic thinking and ability to make decisions in uncertain conditions.
    • High level of responsibility, organization, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability in changing conditions.
