Meet the opportunity 

Join our multinational development team as a Full Stack Team Lead to drive forward our Cloud License project—a critical Web application that manages configuration and licensing for our dental software ecosystem.

The project provides services for configuration and licensing of our software products, it is a Web application with a lot of integrations with other 3Shape systems.
 

From the technical side the project uses ASP.net together with microservices approach for the Back-End part, Angular 16 and Materials library for building UI and Azure infrastructure for deployment and GitHub Actions for development.
 

The project is under active development, so you and your team of professionals will need to constantly create new functionality. At 3Shape, software development is done by self-organizing agile teams, using Scrum as our primary development methodology.

You responsibilities:
 

As a Leader:

• Foster a collaborative culture within your team
• Provide mentorship to accelerate team members' professional growth
• Conduct effective one-on-ones and performance evaluations
• Lead hiring efforts and onboard new talent
• Continuously optimize team performance and efficiency
• Stay current with modern management methodologies
   

As a Developer:

• Build and enhance Azure-deployed Web services
• Develop SPA frontends with Angular
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep Champion code quality through reviews and best practices
• Ensure code maintainability with robust automated testing
   

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Previous leadership and people management experience is a huge plus
• Technical Foundation: Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core; Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3; SQL/NoSQL databases
• Architecture Knowledge: Experience with microservice architecture, cloud systems, domain-driven and event-driven design
• Communication Skills: Professional English proficiency, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking abilities
• Integration Experience: Familiarity with Message Brokers (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid)
