Back-End (Python) Developer

The team follows a hybrid Scrum/Kanban methodology.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Python, FastAPI, and microservices
- Solid understanding of SQL and database design
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, Pydantic, and backend development for AI/data-driven products
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
- Background in FinTech or working with financial data is a strong plus
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

- Contribute to building the first version of the product from scratch
- Take ownership of backend tasks and drive them from concept through production
- Collaborate with AI, data, and frontend teams to deliver scalable and high-performance features
- Build and maintain complex data pipelines and backend services in a microservices architecture
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment
