Business Analyst (logistics and supply chain domain)

What you'll need to succeed:
- Business analyst experience
- Experience in logistics and supply chain domain
- Experience in FinTech or Digital Wallet domains will be a plus
- Confident in all major types of business analysis documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, User Flows, BPMN/Flowcharts, ERD, Glossary, RACI Matrix etc.)
- Proficiency in service design and behavior-driven product design — creating user flows and UX strategies grounded in behavioral analytics and aligned with product goals.
- Skilled in user interviews, stakeholder communication
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Creative problem-solver, not just a requirement gatherer
- Deep understanding of value-first product thinking
- Business and product research capabilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with the Engagement team (tech and non-tech experts supporting pre-sale and onboarding processes)
- Participate in discovery phases — conducting user interviews, performing deep research, structuring insights
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to shape the right product for the right user
- Possible involvement in company projects
- Document the full product lifecycle — BRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams etc.
- Map out user flows, customer journeys, functional specs, and pain point analysis
- Service Design — define service architecture, touchpoints, and value delivery
- Product Design:
- Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics)
- Identify UX/UI improvement opportunities and form hypotheses
Develop product design strategies based on real data and business goals
