Responsibilities
— Lead the design and creation of high-quality 2D animations for slot games, including symbols, characters, backgrounds, and UI elements.
— Oversee the animation pipeline, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the game’s artistic vision and mechanics.
— Implement and guide the use of Spine for seamless integration and optimal performance.
— Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to define and maintain the animation style across projects.
— Mentor and guide junior animators, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
— Create and integrate engaging visual effects to elevate gameplay and player engagement.
— Optimize animations for mobile platforms, balancing visual quality with performance.
— Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge animation techniques and slot game visuals.
— Manage animation project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
 

Requirements
— Minimum 4 years of experience in animating slot games or similar casual/mobile games, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
— Expert proficiency in Spine for 2D skeletal animation and advanced knowledge of tweening techniques for smooth transitions and effects.
— Experience with AI-driven animation tools to streamline workflows.
— Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, easing, and storytelling through motion.
— Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of animators while maintaining high standards of quality.
— Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within technical and creative constraints.
— Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines and deliverables.
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
— Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
