Ukrainian Product 🇺🇦

About YouScan

YouScan.io is one of the most successful Ukrainian SaaS companies. Our deep tech product, powered by in-house developed AI technology, is one of the global social listening leaders. The entire engineering department works on collecting billions of social media posts daily, processing them with cutting-edge technologies, and providing meaningful insights to our customers.

We are a creative, low-ego, team-spirited company. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent-dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

We really value innovation, bottom-up ideas, and execution.

We hold company-wide hackathons twice a year: medium.com/...f-hackathons-85a99081d8cf

We’re in-person in a cozy office in central Kyiv with a beautiful terrace overlooking the historic center.

Position Overview

Now we are opening a Product Manager role in a new dedicated team responsible for our Dashboards section. This important and ambitious direction is being created to expand YouScan's value for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Dashboards product area: Set the vision and strategy for our dashboards to ensure they’re intuitive, powerful, innovative, and widely adopted.

  • Build and prioritize the roadmap: Work closely with stakeholders (customers, internal teams) to gather needs and define priorities.

  • Lead discovery and shape solutions: Partner with designers, CS managers, and engineers to validate problems and find effective solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with other product teams, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure your team builds the right things and ships effectively.

  • Deliver measurable impact: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on the findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager in B2B or SaaS products 3+ years.

  • Background in analytics or UX design is a plus.

  • Understanding of UX, passion for creating useful and understandable products.

  • Excellent independence and proactivity - we are looking for people who know how to move things forward.

  • Ability to work at the intersection of different teams and create collaboration.

  • Strong project management skills - you know how to organize a team and processes, without unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Fluent English for working in a team and communication with clients.

  • Ability to prepare for an interview: we want to see that you have familiarized yourself with our product and have ideas.

  • Location - Ukraine

How the recruitment process goes:

  1. Interview with Head of TA

  2. Interview with Head of Product and CTO (product cases + intro)  ~1 hour

  3. Test task

  4. Technical interview + interview with our CEO ~1,5 hour

  5. Recommendation check

Challenges

Nothing worth doing is easy, so don’t expect an easy walk here. We are a small team competing against much larger companies for the global customers.

  • Unlike bureaucratic companies with rigid processes, you'll work in a highly unconstrained environment where you'll need to make independent decisions, set your priorities, and manage your workload without micromanagement.

  • Dashboards are only one part of our product, which is largely dependent on the results of the work of other product teams - the data we collect, the AI capabilities we have, and so on. You’ll have to be able to orchestrate these interdependencies to deliver the result.

  • The area of the product you’ll be working on is already mature, and to innovate, you’ll have to challenge a lot of previously made decisions and sometimes rebuild what we already have from scratch.

What We Offer

  • The dream team of passionate people and strong internal culture

  • Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge product used by global brands

  • Professional growth in a collaborative and innovative environment full of professionals

If you are interested in creating new parts of the product from scratch, working in a company where initiative and quality are valued - we will be happy to talk! 🚀
