Blockchain Team Lead

We are looking for an engineer with WEB3 experience. The experience should include working with web3js or ethersjs, wallet connecting and smart contract integration. 

 

Requirements:

- Solidity (deep knowledge).
- Experience with Hardhat/Foundry.
- Smart contract security (typical attack vectors, countermeasures).
- Architectural patterns (proxy, upgradable, factory).
- Popular libraries (OpenZeppelin, Chainlink).
- Experience with various blockchains (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.).
- Understanding of the principles of working with decentralised finance (DeFi) and decentralised applications (DApps).
- Experience with Uniswap v2/v3/v4, Compound v2/v3, AAVE v2/v3, Morpho, Euler, Lido, EtherFi.
- Understanding of the principles of Frontend integration with Blockchain (Web3.js, Ethers.js, Wagmi).
- Structured approach to smart contract testing (unit, integration).
- Foundry fuzz testing / invariant testing.
- Writing test cases for critical logic.
- Measuring code coverage, approach to code coverage.
- Communication with external auditors, implementation of their recommendations.
- Knowledge of typical attack vectors and methods of their prevention.
- Project cycle management, understanding how to start and run a blockchain project from idea to release.
- Designing an architectural solution.
- Experience in creating technical documentation for the project.

 

Responsibilities:

- Technical leadership in the blockchain area (architecture, code review, mentorship).
- Assessing the complexity of tasks and sprints.
- Communicating with presale leaders, products, CTO.
- Participation in smart contract audits (reviews, recommendations, sometimes hands-on).
- Formation of technical vision and decision-making.
- Formation and development of a blockchain team.
