Full-Stack Developer (MERN + AI) Offline

We're looking for an experienced solo developer who leverages AI tools to build at 10x velocity. You'll work on an internal product for our marketing agency that combines AI calling capabilities, intelligent data routing and CRM integrations. You'll build and maintain the core platform that our team uses to deliver services to clients.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years building production MERN stack applications
• At least 1 year shipping production code using Claude Code or other agentic AI code peers 
• Real-time systems expertise with WebSockets and streaming data
• Deployed and maintained applications with 1000+ active users
• CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation experience
• Server management and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Strong webhook implementation and debugging skills
• API rate limit handling and error recovery patterns
• Data synchronization between multiple systems

Desirable Requirements

• Voice AI implementation experience (ElevenLabs, Whisper, or similar)
• Have experience writing your own AI agent
• Workflow automation tools - N8N
• CRM platforms - GoHighLevel integration experience
• Communication APIs - Twilio
• Sales tech or MarTech background
• Infrastructure monitoring and logging tools
• Container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
