Lead Generation manager for Software Agency
We are a software development agency
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help fill our pipeline with qualified leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Reddit, and similar channels.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Research and identify ideal prospects (business owners, startup founders, CEOs, executives)
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (Linkedin Helper 2, PhantomBuster)
- (optionally) Handle Upwork messaging, follow-ups, and potentially bidding in the future
- Reply to Reddit inbound messages and book calls where relevant
- Ensure quick responses to incoming messages (~3 minutes average during active hours)
- Lead early qualification via chat
- CRM: Track, follow up, and qualify leads from first message to booked call
- Collaborate on positioning and lead magnet strategy
- Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and workflows
🧠 What You Bring
- (optionally) Ability to work during USA business hours (~20:00 – 5:00 CET) - night shifts preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with LinkedInHelper2, PhantomBuster or willingness to learn it/similar tools quickly
- English B1 and higher (you can write/communicate clearly and professionally)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to reply fast & stay proactive
- Familiarity with B2B lead gen in tech, SaaS, or agency spaces is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, Upwork, or similar lead generation platforms
