We're looking for a Lead Gen Specialist who can fill our pipeline with qualified leads using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.

 

🎯 What You’ll Do

βœ… Research and identify ideal prospects (business owners, startup founders, CEOs, execs)
βœ… Craft and run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns (no spam)
βœ… Use tools like Sales Navigator or similar

βœ… Collaborate on positioning and lead magnet strategy
βœ… Track, follow up, and qualify leads from first message to booked call
βœ… Continuously test and improve messaging and targeting

 

🧠 What You Bring

βœ… Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach that gets replies and calls booked
βœ… Strong copywriting and personalization instincts
βœ… Strategic thinking - you can adjust based on feedback and results
βœ… Experience with B2B sales or lead gen in tech, SaaS, or agency spaces
βœ… Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools
βœ… Organized and proactive - you won’t wait for someone to tell you what to do
