We're looking for a Lead Gen Specialist who can fill our pipeline with qualified leads using LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.

Research and identify ideal prospects (business owners, startup founders, CEOs, execs)

Craft and run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns (no spam)

Use tools like Sales Navigator or similar

Collaborate on positioning and lead magnet strategy

Track, follow up, and qualify leads from first message to booked call

Continuously test and improve messaging and targeting

Strong copywriting and personalization instincts
