Lead Generation manager for Software Agency

We are a software development agency

 

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help fill our pipeline with qualified leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Reddit, and similar channels.

 

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify ideal prospects (business owners, startup founders, CEOs, executives)
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (Linkedin Helper 2, PhantomBuster)
  • (optionally) Handle Upwork messaging, follow-ups, and potentially bidding in the future
  • Reply to Reddit inbound messages and book calls where relevant
  • Ensure quick responses to incoming messages (~3 minutes average during active hours)
  • Lead early qualification via chat
  • CRM: Track, follow up, and qualify leads from first message to booked call
  • Collaborate on positioning and lead magnet strategy
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and workflows

 

🧠 What You Bring

  • (optionally) Ability to work during USA business hours (~20:00 – 5:00 CET) - night shifts preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with LinkedInHelper2, PhantomBuster or willingness to learn it/similar tools quickly
  • English B1 and higher (you can write/communicate clearly and professionally)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to reply fast & stay proactive
  • Familiarity with B2B lead gen in tech, SaaS, or agency spaces is a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, Upwork, or similar lead generation platforms
