Product Manager (Web3)

Hey! We’re on the lookout for a talented Product Manager who lives and breathes Web3 and wants to help shape the future of decentralized products. 
 

🔍 We’ll Click If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of Web3: tokens, wallets, smart contracts, L2s, etc.
• Solid communication skills (English B2 or higher).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing).
• A structured yet flexible mindset — roadmap clarity meets startup chaos.
• Curiosity and passion for the blockchain space — you’re not afraid to dive deep.
• Bonus points if you’ve shipped a Web3 product or contributed to a DAO.

🌟 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Leading product development from idea to launch (and beyond).
• Working closely with internal and external projects, gathering feedback, and prioritizing features.
• Coordinating with devs and designers to bring features to life.
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Managing timelines, tracking key product metrics, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Defining and maintaining the product roadmap in line with business goals.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Iterating on product features based on feedback and analytics.
