Technical support engineer
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Technical support engineer to join our team.
Preferred skills:
โ Working experience in gambling support/tech support teams;
โ Working experience with RMG projects.
Must have skills:
โ Strong user of Jira Software/Jira service management/Any desk/ Google workspace, etc.
โ English level: Upper-Intermediate;
โ Strong verbal and corporate communication skills;
โ Understanding of the software lifecycle;
โ Ability to learn quickly and work as a part of a team;
โ A challenging and inquiring mind;
โ Attention to detail and tenacity;
โ Quick logical thinking;
โ Sociability, communicability;
Responsibilities:
โ Monitoring of high-priority services,
โ Testing: performance and the new functionality used;
โ Diagnostics and solution of user problems when working with the software used;
โ Prioritizing user requests;
โ Providing individual solutions for customers based on their business needs.
โ Working hours from 9:00 to 21:00 (2/2)
