Senior Product/CRM Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

– An analysis of Bonus Campaign Launch Results. Review and assess the performance of launched bonus campaigns to understand their impact and effectiveness.

– Monitoring and Analysis of Communication Channels’ Efficiency. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of different communication channels used in campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.

– User Segmentation and Hypotheses on Interaction with Different Segments. Segment users based on relevant criteria and formulate hypotheses on how to interact effectively with each segment.

– Development of New and Improvement of Existing Reporting. Create new reports and refine current ones to ensure more accurate and actionable insights are provided for decision-making.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience as a Product/CRM Analyst in the IT industry (Experience in the gambling sector is a plus);

– Experience with Tableau (or similar) as a reporting developer. Proven track record of designing and developing reports;

– Proficient in SQL. Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis;

– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
