Marketing Designer (Web, Graphic)

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals and graphic illustrations, as well as designing and refining website pages that drive results.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling, performance-driven marketing assets: Design and produce visually consistent, on-brand assets for diverse marketing channels (email, social media, landing pages, articles, and other promotional content) that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Brand development & identity: Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand book, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain a strong interest in brand identity and work to express and elevate it through design.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure alignment between web design efforts, brand strategy, user needs, and business goals.
  • Project management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within scope.
  • Experience with motion design: Create simple yet engaging animations tailored for social media using tools like After Effects, CapCut, Davinci Resolve or similar.
  • 3D asset creation: Utilize tools such as Blender, Spline, or Womp 3D to design lightweight 3D visuals or interactive assets that enhance brand storytelling and digital experience.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment, either in-house or at a startup.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and composition.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT, with the ability to craft effective prompts to support ideation, concept development, and content generation workflows.
  • Open to feedback, proactive, and eager to grow, with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • English proficiency at B1/B2 level or above.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant, marketing, and visual design work

 

Nice-to-have skills:

  • It would be nice to have experience with light motion design and animation, with familiarity in tools such as Rive (or Lottie) and basic 3D techniques using Spline (or Womp 3D).
  • Education or hands-on experience in interaction design, visual communication, or digital marketing
  • Past projects with high impact on user engagement, brand identity, or conversion optimization
