We have been successfully operating in Ukraine and Europe and are now expanding into the Spanish market. Our unique automated sales system generates “warm” leads daily, and the short sales cycle — from 1 to 14 days — allows managers to see the results of their work quickly. Our sales department consists of 48 strong specialists, and we are building a new division specifically for the Spanish market.

Competitive compensation consisting of a base salary + performance-based bonuses (KPI-driven).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a warm client base.
- Conduct sales calls and identify client needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare commercial offers, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle — from first contact to project completion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed on key market trends and align sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience.
- Fluent Turkish (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results.
- Regularly ranked among the Top 3 sales performers on previous teams.
- Familiarity with and application of the SPIN Selling methodology.
- Committed to continuous learning — follows sales coaches and regularly watches their content.
