We are a European e-commerce company with over 7 years of experience selling our own and seasonal products in more than 13 countries worldwide. Our main sales channels include Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a 🔥RnD & Procurement Specialist (with the possibility of growth to Director)— a strategic and experienced leader ready to take full ownership of sourcing, launching new products and procurement operations. If you’re passionate about building processes and launching successful products — this role is for you.

This is a key position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities: 

☑️ Market research, trends and product hypotheses.
☑️ Search and verification of suppliers, factories, contract manufacturers.
☑️ Managing inventory and ensuring product availability in stock.
☑️ Management of R&D projects from idea to first sales.

Requirements:

✔️3+ years of experience in full-cycle procurement: from placing orders to ensuring timely delivery.
✔️Skills in market research, information retrieval, and competitive analysis.
✔️Deep knowledge of supplier sourcing and evaluation.
✔️Excellent negotiation skills.
✔️Proficiency working with Excel, Google Workspace.
✔️English at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
