CRM Specialist/Hubspot
Description:
As a HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot email campaigns
- Automatisation: CRM connections with Databox, Slack, Zapier,etc.
- Mass Mailing: Execute mass email campaigns, manage email lists, and analyze their effectiveness.
- Form Management: Handle subscription forms, ensuring accurate data capture and improving lead generation processes.
- Implement segmentation and personalization.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing.
- Maintain email lists and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
Would be a plus:
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) - make posts, tag Leads in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc, create reports, provide analytics.
- Business Development Calls: Engage with potential clients through calls, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales or partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of HubSpot, Zoho email marketing experience.
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- HubSpot certification is a plus.
