CRM Specialist/Hubspot

Description:

As a HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage HubSpot email campaigns
  2. Automatisation: CRM connections with Databox, Slack, Zapier,etc.
  3. Mass Mailing: Execute mass email campaigns, manage email lists, and analyze their effectiveness.
  4. Form Management: Handle subscription forms, ensuring accurate data capture and improving lead generation processes.
  5. Implement segmentation and personalization.
  6. Analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  7. Conduct A/B testing.
  8. Maintain email lists and automate workflows.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and design teams.

 

Would be a plus:

  1. Social Media Marketing (SMM) - make posts, tag Leads in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc, create reports, provide analytics.
  2. Business Development Calls: Engage with potential clients through calls, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales or partnerships.

 

Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of HubSpot, Zoho email marketing experience.
  2. Proficiency in email marketing best practices.
  3. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication.
  5. HubSpot certification is a plus.
