Lead UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the user experience and interface vision across a complex enterprise-level project. In this role, you’ll work closely with European partners, product managers, analysts, and engineers to shape intuitive and elegant solutions that make a real impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll lead by example, craft high-quality designs, build a scalable system, and guide a team of designers while ensuring consistent application of our design principles across multiple projects.

Who You Are

• An experienced UI/UX leader skilled in improving and aligning design across multiple teams and projects;
• Skilled in both high-level UX thinking and pixel-perfect UI execution;
• Able to advocate your decisions with the client in English;
• Passionate about building consistent, scalable design systems;
• Naturally collaborative, organized, and proactive;

• Open to constructive feedback and constantly seeking improvement

   

Nice to have

• Experience with Financial and/or Audit services;
• Experience in leadership role;
• Pre-Sales / discovery / project kickoff experience;
• Experience growing the talent by assessing, setting goals and mentoring;

• Experience building teams

   

What You’ll do

• Set and evolve the design vision for enterprise-scale products;
• Build and maintain a unified design system ensuring cross-project consistency;
• Conduct design reviews across projects to enforce UX/UI quality and coherence;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, and engineers;
• Advocate for user needs and help translate business goals into usable design solutions;
• Deliver polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma;

• Ensure timely and effective delivery of design assets and documentation
