Full Stack (.NET/React) Developer
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Middle Full Stack .NET Developer to join a long-term project focused on building and maintaining a specialized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used by clinics treating amputees. This is a mission-driven product with real-world impact, especially in Ukraine, where the solution is being introduced to support war-injured civilians and veterans.
You’ll be working with a stable remote team led by experienced Software Architects and Managers. The role has a strong backend focus and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a tech lead role over time.
Start Date: ASAP (June preferred)
Contract Duration: 6+ months (with potential to extend)
Workload: 40+ hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend features in a well-architected system
- Participate in 2-week sprints with a focus on quality, maintainability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with technical leadership and existing dev team
- Follow DevOps practices including CI/CD and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy new features and enhancements
Skills & Qualifications Required:
3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer
Strong knowledge of:
- .NET 6/8, C#
- React (SPA, ideally with MUI)
- Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps
- SQL Server, Blob Storage
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, Git
- Solid English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, accountability, and honesty
Nice-to-Have:
- Elasticsearch, Azure Application Insights
- Experience working in distributed remote teams
Previous work on medical/healthcare systems is a plus
Additional Notes:
- Candidates must be Ukrainian, based in Ukraine or in a nearby safe location (e.g., Poland, Romania, Estonia)
- Only developers fully dedicated to one client will be considered (no multi-jobbers)
- Clear growth potential: the role may evolve into a Tech Lead position
