Technical Team Lead

Arounda is a full-cycle Digital Product Design and Development agency, operating on the market since 2016. Our main clients are American and European technological companies.

 

We are looking for Technical Team Lead (Part-time) to join our growing engineering team and take ownership of leading full-stack projects from a technical and delivery perspective.

 

What You Will Need to Do:

  • Lead a focused team of 2–3 engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration, mentoring, and consistent delivery
  • Architect and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions using TypeScript
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing, reviews, and engineering best practices
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor deployments, and manage cloud infrastructure
  • Oversee and contribute to development of both product features and CMS-based websites (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Designers, external stakeholders, and technical partners to align technical implementation with business goals
  • Proactively participate in partner and vendor communication to support integrations, delivery expectations, and technical decisions
  • Act as a hands-on contributor for key projects areas (60-70% coding)

 

 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development
  • 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or technical lead role
  • Proficient in TypeScriptReactNode.jsNestJS
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Webflow, including integrations and customizations
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, API design (REST/GraphQL), and scalable solutions
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQLRedisMongoDB
  • Familiarity with DockerCI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
  • Comfortable working directly with partners and external teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
