Middle UI/UX Designer

Looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer for Freelance employment.

💡 About the Project

We're working on a smart AI-powered analytics assistant for businesses. The tool connects to third-party data sources (like Shopify or Zendesk), builds a semantic data model automatically, and provides clear, context-aware answers directly in a chat interface — similar to ChatGPT. Users can easily generate visual reports, modify values, and access analytics without technical skills.

Think of it as a data interface built for simplicity — giving users instant access to complex insights through an intuitive and visual experience.

📍 Location: Ukraine, Remote (open to candidates based abroad);

📍 Client: Canada;
⏳ Duration: Initial 1–1.5 months, with possible extension;
💼 Engagement: ~82 hours/month;
📅 Start: ASAP.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for:
  • Admin panel;
  • Regular user interface;
• Collaborating closely with our AI Developer and PM;
• Validating solutions with our in-house technical lead to ensure feasibility;
• Iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and adapting to technical constraints;
• Participating in design reviews and product discussions with the CEO (client-side);
• Delivering a clean, modern interface suitable for investor presentations.
   

🧠 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in data-heavy or dashboard-type products);
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, visual hierarchy, and smart UI decisions;
• Proactivity and initiative: someone who can challenge decisions and propose improvements;
• Experience working with technical constraints and in close contact with development teams;
• Stress-resistant mindset: open to feedback and iteration (some elements may need rework);
• Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) for daily communication.

• Our Team: PM + AI Developer + In-house Tech Lead (validation).

  2. Technical Interview with UI/UX Expert;
  3. Final Interview with PM.
