Responsibilities

1. Responsible for expanding the customer base, capturing and developing business development strategies according to trends;
2. Develop resources of KOLs/Influencers or relevant partners to facilitate business expansion;
3. Maintain existing users and current partnerships;
4. Collaborate and promote with potential investors or investment organizations to expand and develop the business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on partnerships and user growth
• Strong knowledge of market
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
• A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
• Passionate about the crypto industry
• The detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
• Fluent English & Polish.
