We are currently looking for a responsible and motivated Retention Manager who will take charge of developing and implementing customer retention strategies, automating marketing communications, and optimizing the Customer Journey to increase LTV and Retention Rate.

    What We Expect from Candidates:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce retention marketing (email, SMS, push).
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, and Triple Whale.
  • Strong analytical thinking: working with data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing processes.
  • Experience with AI tools for content personalization.
  • Experience in creating automated marketing campaigns.
  • Basic skills in Figma for email template design and writing technical specifications.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams, copywriters, and designers.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (or strong B1).
     
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of retention marketing strategies (email, SMS, push).
  • Create automated marketing campaigns for Klaviyo and Attentive.
  • Customer segmentation and personalized communication based on Shopify and Triple Whale data.
  • Optimization of Customer Journey Map to increase customer engagement.
  • A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of email and SMS campaigns.
  • Analysis of LTV, AOV, and Retention Rate, with developing strategies for their growth.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to create high-quality content.
  • Utilizing AI tools for personalization and marketing process optimization.
