Customer Care Representative (Avia products) to $850 Offline

Easylinkz Limited - Technology provider and NDC aggregator.

We develop IT solution which allows offline travel agents to sell direct airline content without leaving GDS screen.

We are looking for Customer care specialist for post-sale support avia  products - airline tickets reissue/refunds voluntary/involuntary, ancillaries, etc.

 

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Daily communication with customers, Airlines;
  • CRM accounting programs, reports;
  • Coordination and applying to certain schedules;
  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

     

Required skills and qualifications:

  • GDS knowledge Sabre, Amadeus, Airlines direct access work experience (will be an advantage);
  • English, Ukrainian languages.

     

Personal qualities and characteristics:

  • Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player;
  • Openness to new knowledge, new experience;
  • Ability to multitask.

     

What you’ll get:

  • Remote work;
  • Working week from Sunday to Thursday (weekend - Friday and Saturday);
  • 40-hour week - from 9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour break (Kyiv time);
