We’re seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join us at an early stage and co-build a category-defining agency in the AI services space.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Implementation
  • Lead discovery, design, and delivery of client AI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and automation tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Zapier, Make, Pinecone, etc.)
  • Translate business problems into viable technical architectures
     
• Technology Leadership
  • Make build-vs-integrate decisions for client and internal use cases
  • Build internal tooling to increase delivery efficiency
  • Stay on top of emerging AI trends, frameworks, and APIs
     
• Project Delivery
  • Own the full technical lifecycle of implementation projects—from scoping to deployment
  • Collaborate with external AI/ML consultants or freelancers when needed
     
• Partner in Growth
  • Contribute to client pitches, technical pre-sales, and partnerships
  • Shape our service offerings, technical brand, and hiring roadmap
     

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered tools or automations (ideally LLM-based)
• Experience working in a consulting, agency, or product environment
• Strong communication skills – able to speak both business and technical languages
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable in ambiguity and zero-to-one environments
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble, Retool, etc.)
• Hands-on ability with Python, APIs, vector databases, and AI dev tools
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, embedding models, or fine-tuning
• Previous experience in a co-founder or founding tech lead role
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS or service business models
