Business Development Representative to $1500

Brebeneskul Consulting is a Ukrainian-American business consultancy and B2B lead generation provider, with a strong track record of servicing technology, finance, and venture-backed startups.

 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our international client portfolio. Working alongside our Head of Sales, you will focus on liberating them from non-revenue generating tasks by assisting in sales workflow-related tasks such as email follow-ups with prospects, performing database research, and engaging prospects using email and LinkedIn.

This full-time position is a vital part of the Brebeneskul team: The BDR reports directly to the Head of Sales and serves as a cross-functional liaison between the company and client prospects.

Responsibilities:

 

•  Work closely with the Head of Sales on ongoing projects related to the business;

•  Daily interactions with client accounts;

•  Create timely follow-up emails, and send proposals and client agreements following calls with prospective and existing Brebeneskul clients;

•  Utilize and closely monitor a broad range of sales-related tools and platforms, such as Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, and Woodpecker;

•  Monitor client inboxes, launch email, and LinkedIn campaigns, and respond to queries in a timely manner;

•  Provide any additional assistance to the Head of Sales when needed.

You Bring: 

 

•  Prior SDR/BDR experience;

•  University degree from a recognized school (preferably business or finance-related);

•  Team player attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

•  A strong desire to succeed, including a high degree of self-motivation;

•  Interest to learn quickly including complex terms and concepts;

•  Strong verbal and written communication ability;

•  Excellent time management and superior attention to detail.

•  UAH 30 000 base salary;

•  After 3 months of employment, access to performance-based bonuses;

•  We work Mon – Fri, from 9 AM to 6 PM (8 hrs + 1 hour break);

•  Fully remote work;

•  Work with some of the largest global companies in the fields of Venture Capital and Technology;

•  Successful BDRs will have the opportunity to move into a Team Lead position, based on performance.
