Lead Generator to $1000 Offline
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential small-business clients that could benefit from our Python-focused services. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring that our outreach efforts are targeted and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research
- Use LinkedIn, online business directories, industry forums, and social media to identify small businesses in need of Python development or IT outsourcing services.
- Research company backgrounds, decision-makers, and pain points to determine fit.
- Maintain and update a database/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with accurate lead information.
- Lead Qualification
- Conduct initial outreach via email, or social media messages to assess interest and gather basic requirements.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand budget, timeline, technical needs, and decision-making process.
- Document each interaction and qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., company size, industry, technology stack).
- Collaboration & Handoff
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings between qualified leads and our Sales/Account Executive team.
- Prepare a brief summary of each lead’s needs, preferences, and current challenges before handoff.
- Coordinate with Marketing to provide feedback on messaging, target industries, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Availability to work remotely.
- No prior professional experience required. We value enthusiasm, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic research skills and ability to quickly learn how to use online tools.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Independant and goal-oriented—eager to learn, take feedback, and improve.
- Interest in technology, software development (especially Python), and helping small businesses grow.
