Finance Manager to $1900 Offline

Finance Manager (Warsaw)
 

Our Warsaw-based digital team is looking for a Finance Manager. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible specialist to manage and oversee financial flows, including international and cryptocurrency transactions, and to contribute to the analysis and optimization of digital project budgets.
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control daily payments, including advertising expenses and international transfers;
• Maintain accounting in 1C and prepare reports in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Monitor budget execution, payment deadlines, and expense line balances;
• Prepare financial tables, reports, and consolidated data for projects;
• Work with banks, payment systems, and cryptocurrency wallets;
• Communicate with contractors and ensure proper documentation.
   

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting;
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query is a plus);
• Experience working with 1C and understanding payment workflows;
• Experience with international transactions and basic knowledge of cryptocurrency operations;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data;
• Self-organization, deadline management, and a structured approach to tasks.
   

Would be a plus:

• English proficiency (for correspondence and documentation);
• Experience in the digital industry or working with advertising budgets;
• Relevant education or additional courses (finance, accounting, analytics).
