🔧 What you will do:

• Create internal processes and interdepartmental interaction, automate and optimise them.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of departments and monitor the completion of tasks.
• Implement new operational tools and optimise existing ones.
• Test new features and services for implementation in the company.
• Create knowledge bases and adapt them for different departments.
• Document rules, instructions, and business processes.

🧩 What we are looking for in you:

• The ability to see processes from a bird's eye view and anticipate bottlenecks in advance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, in analytics, consulting or operational management.
• Consistency, psychological resistance to routine and responsibility.
• Organization and clarity in work.
• Basic English for reading/creating documentation.
• Analytical thinking, strategic approach.
• Ability to talk about complex issues in a simple, clear, concise and relevant manner.
• You are able to assess situations from a long-term perspective, anticipate bottlenecks and have a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
