HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for CareBiller Department, one of our projects, which is opening an office in Lviv. 

 

You will be responsible for building and optimizing HR processes for a fast-growing team that provides support to US healthcare clients. This includes full-cycle onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has experience in building and managing HR processes from scratch, and is ready to improve and adapt to existing systems. 

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR — preferably in the roles of HR Manager or HR Generalist with administrative responsibilities
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing HR processes and policies independently in non-IT outsourcing, medical billing, Call Center, Contact Center, Business Process Outsourcing, Customer Support, Outsourcing teams; 
  • Experience in office administration or operational support functions; 
  • Experience in building or scaling HR and operational infrastructure from scratch
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail; 
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously without micro-management; 
  • Intermediate or higher English level (B1+); 
  • Strong communication skills and business writing; 
  • Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and the ability to learn additional tools; 
  • Readiness to work in the office. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in medical support companies. 

 

What will your role look like? 

You will take on a dual role that includes HR management and office operations at our new Lviv location: 

HR responsibilities: 

  • End-to-end employee lifecycle management: onboarding, adaptation, Learning and Development, events, offboarding; 
  • Customizing and implementing existing HR documentation, policies, and internal programs. You will receive all available company documentation, policies, and onboarding materials;  
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal standards; 
  • Building engagement and retention programs, supporting corporate values; 
  • Collaborating with internal recruiters and IT administrator; 
  • Organizing onboarding, internal activities and team buildings; 
  • Supporting and evolving feedback culture and internal communication practices. 

Office management responsibilities: 

  • Managing daily office operations in the Lviv office; 
  • Handling the procurement of necessary office supplies and equipment; 
  • Opening and closing the office, maintaining order and productivity in the space; 
  • Communicating with local vendors and service providers; 
  • Ensuring a comfortable and efficient office environment for all team members.
