Sales/Marketing Manager (Mid-Level)

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support our business development efforts. In this role, you’ll be a key player in nurturing leads, improving Cruxlab’s market visibility, and helping to secure new B2B software development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies, coordinating efforts with the SDR.
  • Own and optimize the CRM pipeline, including segmentation and tracking.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads for fit and readiness.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Attend online industry events, webinars, and networking meetups.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Solid experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B software development services and technology sales cycles.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage marketing content and outreach timelines.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and organization.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or with tech companies.
  • Background in managing email campaigns and using tools like HubSpot, Snov.io, or Mailshake.
  • Knowledge of buyer personas, sales funnels, and lead qualification frameworks.
  • English language certifications.
