We’re growing rapidly and expanding our team. The marketing department is looking for a Marketing Manager to help implement our marketing strategy, improve communication with our audience, and attract new customers in our priority markets (CEE/UK/USA).
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and implementing the marketing strategy, including online and offline activities to attract customers;
- Analysing the market and target audience;
- Generating and testing new ideas and hypotheses;
- Building lead generation channels;
- Managing the Customer Decision Journey at every stage;
Collaborating with the Content Manager and Brand Manager to achieve the department’s goals.
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (creative/digital/partner), ideally in B2B product StartUps;
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Experience creating lead-oriented landing pages;
Data-driven approach and experience with Google Analytics and Heatmaps.
Will be a big plus:
- Experience with B2B and international markets (CEE/USA/LATAM);
- Background in SEO, PPC, or partner marketing;
- Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor) or Webflow;
- Skills in Figma, Canva, or Illustrator;
- Critical thinking and creativity;
